Return period
You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange The Signature. It must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
How to start a return or exchange
- Head to your order confirmation email and tap "Start a return", or contact us with your order number
- We'll send a return label within one business day
- Drop the parcel at your nearest courier — that's it
Refund policy
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return.
Exchanges
The fastest way: place a new order for the piece you want, then return the original for a full refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
Reach out within 7 days — we'll replace or refund immediately.
